Resident Update Form

New to the subdivision or just want to update existing contact information?  The form below is an easy way to do so.  Homeowners and Tenants (Renters) are both welcome to submit their contact information.  This helps us in being able to contact you with important information regarding the subdivision and the water system.   Special emails also sent to emails addresses on file (i.e. water flushing, etc).

The information submitted here is for the Franklin Knolls Homeowners Association and subdivision directory listing only.  Your information is not shared or sold to others.

The directory listing will only include name, address and phone number but the phone number is also optional.  Just check the box below the phone number field below if you do not want it listed.

A paper form is also available upon request.
