The Franklin Knolls Homeowners Association would like to encourage you to join the FK Homeowners Association Board as a Board Member At-Large.
The board mainly meets every other month from September—June for approximately 1.5 hours in one of the board members’ homes and/or via Zoom. Standing issues such as water supply and finances are discussed. Maintenance, landscaping, and other routine services that are necessary for our subdivision to run are also discussed. Additional activities, such as social/community events are planned.
If you are interested then we ask that you complete our Willingness to Serve Form. Any adult homeowner in good standing in our subdivision is eligible to be considered. We will then be in touch with you to discuss further.
A strong community starts with an active, diverse and committed board. Our community needs YOU to make that happen!
