FRANKLIN KNOLLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The Franklin Knolls Subdivision is located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. It borders 14 Mile road to the north. Middlebelt to the east and also Northwestern Hwy on the south and west side.
The Franklin Knolls Homeowners Association was formed in 1953 for the purpose of serving the residents of Franklin Knolls subdivision. The original group was formed to work with contractors as the subdivision homes, water supply, sewers and roads were being built.
The Association, composed of all residents of Franklin Knolls subdivision in good standing, elects a Board of Directors in November of each year. This Board, with the assistance of the membership, continues to maintain responsibility for our roads, water supply, lights, entranceways and any other matters of current interest to the residents or surrounding community.
The Association attempts to bring to the membership’s attention public issues which are of concern to the residents and maintains membership in the Farmington Hills Council of Homeowners Associations to aid in this purpose. Your Association refrains from political activity and does not endorse political candidates.
