We hope you can attend our annual meeting this year via Zoom. We need a quorum of 23 homeowners to be able to conduct the meeting. A completed proxy form will also count toward the quorum. This form was included with the annual meeting documents mailed to the homeowners and is also available at this link Proxy form.
We welcome all homeowners online for the meeting but if you can not attend we would greatly appricate having the completed proxy form. This can be dropped off at the mail box until 5:30pm on the day of the meeting or emailed to us at FranklinKnollsHOA@gmail.com.
Due to the pandemic, our annual meeting for 2021 will be held using Zoom conference software. We hope that you will be able to join us for our annual meeting.
There will not be an in-person location this year.
You can access the meeting using a computer, a smart phone or even just a phone.
The Meeting Agenda, Subdivision Financial Statements and Zoom instructions with the required meeting ID and Passcode were mailed to each homeowner. These are also available on the website under the drop down menu “Neighborhood“. Please have all of these items available for your reference during the meeting.
***Please note that the Zoom Meeting ID and the Passcode was sent to each homeowner with the annual meeting notice mailing. It is not included with the online documents for security reasons. Please contact a board member if you don’t have the codes and want to attend the meeting.***
