Your HOA and COVID-19 – Hydrant Install on Hold

To our neighbors and friends of Franklin Knolls.

The coronavirus (COVID-19) is something that is affecting everyone, including our neighborhood. We hope that you and your family stay healthy during all of this. If there is anything that we can do to help out please let us know. We are all friends and neighbors here so please try to help each other when we can.   You can contact every board member with one email to

The installation of the three fire hydrants that need to be replaced are postponed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) issue.  The first notice when out for these replacements last fall.  With many residents staying home and we did not want to burden them with this installation at this time. The repair does not affect the water quality so the board has asked for this project to be put on hold for now.   We felt it was the right thing to do at this time. The parts are in but there have been many delays in getting these installed due to scheduling.   Emergency repairs always take precedence over maintenance repairs.  Our blog will have updates on this project once it gets going again.

Many of our residents have been outside taking walks, getting fresh air etc.   Getting exercise is very important too and is highly recommended as long as you keep away from others.   They recommend 6 feet minimum between people.

Again the HOA board is made up of your friends and neighbors.   We are all in this together.  We think we have a great neighborhood and great people that make up this neighborhood.   Please feel free to contact us for any concerns and/or questions that we might be able to help with.
